In Carmel, a traditional village in Tiruvannamalai district aged 371 years, farming and family life have always grown together. Many homes share a deep connection to service in forts during King rule Era to Republic era in Indian Army with great strength, courage and healthy food. While loved ones serve, wives and children tend the land and carry forward the rhythms of village life.

Our foods begin with what generations of mothers have known: care for the ingredients, respect the season, and make food that belongs at the family table. We bring that inheritance closer to a new generation.
